Flavours and taste
It's important that the cake tastes as good as it looks. To that end, I use only good quality ingredients and proven tasty recipes. Choose from vanilla, lemon or chocolate sponge, try subtly-flavoured lavender, rose, or violet sponges, or a traditional fruit cake. Sponge cakes are filled with buttercream and jam or lemon curd, then covered with buttercream and fondant icing. Fruit cakes are covered with marzipan and fondant icing. Of course, these can be altered if required, and we can adapt to our recipe to create gluten free birthday cakes, gluten free wedding cakes or any wheat free celebration cakes without loosing the all important taste.
